1974 Jaguar V12 E Type Roadster
This 1974 Jaguar V12 E Type Roadster is one of the last ever produced. A masterpiece of British design and automotive excellence. We have carefully restored this iconic vehicle to factory condition just as it would look and feel if you drove off the lot in 1974.
Upon first impression you’ll immediately notice its unique shape and beautiful curves perfectly coated in a gorgeous opalescent green. There are few things more luxurious than sitting on the fine leather seats while this Jaguar’s powerful twelve cylinders roar smoothly under the hood. Starting this engine is a privilege.
Don’t take our word for it, Enzo Ferrari himself called the E-Type “the most beautiful car ever made.” That’s coming from not only a competitor, but an Italian!
It’s also no coincidence that of the 6 cars the New York Museum of Modern Art has ever displayed the Jaguar E Type made the cut. The museum then purchased it in 1996 and added it to its small permanent collection.
This stunning car is the epitome of collectible. If you want the pleasure and prestige of owning it, schedule an appointment today!
The Jaguar E Type
First designed by Sir William Lyons in 1961, the Jaguar E Type (or XKE), was produced until 1975 earning many accolades along the way.
We were fortunate enough to find this car is relatively good condition and only 24,000 original miles on it. The vehicle still required a complete restoration job so we got to work.
The stunning paint job was done by Travis Brown of Sharptouch Restoration and is in concours condition. We have also installed 5 bolt Dayton wheels and 2 ear knock offs as an original purchase option. It comes with a hardtop and an English vinyl soft top.
All viewings and road testing by appointment. We are considering installing 6 downdraft webers and intake to alter slightly from the factory specs making the engine 20-30% more horse power approx. 378hp if the perspective purchaser desires.
We have heritage certificate and market appraisal available.
